If you are a non-medical professional and are trying to get a sexual health appointment for a vulnerable person at risk of pregnancy you work with to talk about contraception or to arrange the insertion of a coil or rod (contraceptive implant), please click on the patient information file below to download our FAST TRACK referral form.
We aim to arrange an appointment within 10 working days after receiving your letter/e-mail.
