This scheme is open to organisations operating within Tayside. We ask outlets wishing to join this scheme to agree to distribute condoms within a health promotion framework, ie. one which addresses the broad determinants of health (social and emotional) and health inequalities, through health services, community and education settings.
To join the scheme, the organisation will need to complete and send to us a Registration Form. The address to which the form needs to be sent is indicated in the form.
Once the request for membership has been approved, the organisation will be able to order free condoms from us by using our Order Form.
