If you need advice, please contact our triage team. Our admin and nursing staff will listen to your needs, provide guidance and arrange an appointment where appropriate. If we are unable to offer you an appointment, we will direct you to the most suitable service in your local area.

We always aim to accommodate urgent needs, including PEP for HIV and IUD/coil fitting for emergency contraception.
